SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

Custom Recyclable Packaging & Pouches

Barrier Options

Recyclable PE films support store drop-off programs and sustainability goals. Select options add moisture and oxygen resistance for longer shelf life.

Digital Advantage

Digital printing eliminates plates, cuts waste and VOCs, and uses less energy. Carbon-neutral presses further reduce environmental impact.

Smart Inventory

Low minimums and fast turnarounds reduce waste and overstock. Print-to-demand ordering helps eliminate excess inventory and obsolescence.

Choose the structure that matches your product, fill method, and sales channel.

ePac offers sustainable packaging options designed to balance performance with environmental responsibility. From recyclable films to post-consumer recycled content, our solutions help brands cut new plastic use, reduce waste, and support a circular economy without compromising product quality.

Recyclable Film Pouches

PE-based films that are Store Drop-off compliant, with high-barrier protection to lock in freshness. Available with How2Recycle labeling guidance.

Post-Consumer Recycled

Made from recycled materials like bottles and milk jugs, verified PCR content reduces virgin plastic use and lowers greenhouse gas emissions.

Our Circular Commitment

Beyond individual films, ePac is building packaging solutions that keep materials in use, reduce waste, and support brand sustainability goals.

Ready To Talk EPR Data?

Committed to Recyclability Standards

As a member of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC), we align our packaging innovations and data services with industry-leading recyclability guidelines, ensuring our solutions support a circular future for your brand.

Are your recyclable films FDA compliant?

Yes, all of our recyclable films are FDA compliant for direct food contact. Our food grade plastic pouches are ideal for food brands of all sizes.

Are your recyclable films store drop-off only?

Since recycling programs vary greatly from state to state and within each municipality, store-drop off is the most reliable method at this time. You can find a drop-off location nearby to ensure that your items will be directed to the right place.

Do your recyclable films perform as well as your regular films?

Absolutely. Similar to our non-recyclable films, our recyclable films come in high-barrier options. Prior to releasing new products and capabilities, all of our films and final products undergo rigorous testing internally at our manufacturing plants and externally with our customers’ production process/machinery.

Can you assist me with labeling my packaging correctly?

Yes! You can use the #2 Resin ID Code alongside a generic store drop-off logo, or if you have enrolled in the How2Recycle program, we can use the logo they’ve provided.

What are the recyclable pouch dimensions?

We can create custom-sized stand up pouches and lay flat pouches. Additionally, we can provide you with our standard sized products if you’re unsure of where to begin.

What are some of the recyclable pouch features?

The majority of our recyclable packaging is customizable to include any of the following:

  • High vapor barriers that block moisture, oxygen, and aroma from entering or exiting the package
  • Different hang hole options
    • Round
    • Sombrero
  • Transparent or clouded windows
  • Glossy or matte finishes
  • Puncture and tear-resistant
  • Tear notches
  • Closures including:
    • Press-to-close zippers
    • Certified Child-Resistant zippers (pouch is recyclable)
  • Available in a wide range of sizes
  • Pouch bottom / gusset options including DOY Seal, K-Seal, Plow Bottom, 3 side Seal (3SS).

We strive to provide solutions for each person. For custom requests, please contact our team or by calling us at 844-623-8603
