General ManagerRobert Schultz brings 18 years of leadership and management experience to ePac. Robert has served in several industries and his former roles include Senior Operations Manager, Sales & Operations Manager, Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. He is focused on developing his team to live out ePac’s mission and exceeding our customers expectations.
Christina Gonzalez-Frias
Director of OperationsChristina Gonzalez brings 18+ years serving in multiple administrative capacities. Flexible packaging has been Christina’s primary focus for the last eight years. She enjoys collaboration and community building with both colleagues and customers.
community involvement
ePac’s Chicago team has committed to mentoring and grassroots involvement with Growing Home, an organization that has helped people with employment barriers find meaningful careers through skills learned during urban farming. Growing Home farms are located in the underserved community of Englewood, on the Southside of Chicago. As part of their dedication to the organization, the ePac Chicago team hosted and contributed to the 7th Annual Growing Home Annual Backyard Dinner, in line with the organization’s vision: Everyone deserves to have a good job, and everyone deserves to eat well.
The ePac Chicago team has also volunteered their time with Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food to people in developing nations. The team helped pack meals for a full year worth of food for 103 children.
