Is your child resistant packaging certified safe based on U.S. safety standards and required certifications? 

Yes! We offer child-resistant pouches that have been tested and certified by third-party agencies to meet federal test requirements provided in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, (CFR 16, Part 1700), and as referenced by A.S.T.M. D3475. Our child resistant packaging also meets the requirements for special packaging as stated in the U.S. Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The closure provides reliable access for adults but secures the top of the pouch to reduce the risk of children accessing the contents inside.

Do you meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) Certified Child Resistant Packaging requirements?

Yes! According to the Consumer Products Safety Commission, child-resistant packages “must be designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five years of age to open within a reasonable time, and not difficult for normal adults to use properly.” Our press-to-close zippers paired with our high-grade digitally printed stand up pouches or lay flat pouches, ensure your products are safely secured, while still standing out on the shelf.
