As more states and cities around the US begin to enforce shelter-in-place orders to prevent the spread of coronavirus, we want to assure you that all of our ePac plants will remain open and operational.
Due to the crucial role we play in the food supply chain, ePac is considered an essential business by the Department of Homeland Security and all state and local governments issuing shelter in place guidelines. Our operations continue to operate across the US, UK and Canada.

To our Valued Customers:
The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is a global event we continue to monitor closely. Our focus is twofold: (1) ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities, and (2) ensuring that we meet the expectations of our customers.
ePac is and always has been focused on health and safety and during this COVID-19 crisis, balancing that focus with keeping our manufacturing facilities open. We are following guidance from the CDC and other prominent agencies and communicating the information related to personal health and safety to all our employees. ePac’s manufacturing platform is different from other flexible packaging suppliers, in that we have 26 HP Indigo Digital Presses in operation, located in 13 ePac locations across the United States. With this technology and national network of facilities, we are able to seamlessly move orders to other locations to meet your expected delivery times. The net is that we have a built in redundancy plan should the need arise.
Our supply chain is predominantly US produced and also has a redundancy plan. However, since this is uncharted territory and we cannot forecast where and by how much companies could be affected, there is a chance that we will not be able to meet 10/15 day lead times. In the event your orders may be late by a few days, we will immediately communicate this to you.
Finally, we want to respect your concerns, so if you would prefer our sales people not visit you, please just let them know. Please know we are with you to navigate how your business handles these uncertain times. Your health and the health of your business is our main concern; however, stopping the spread of the virus as much as we can is also a high priority. Please contact me if you have any questions.
In case of any changes or further updates, we will inform you here on our website. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation and, of course, your business.
Sincerely,
Jack Knott, CEO
