A true foil pouch uses an aluminum foil layer for the highest oxygen, moisture, and light barrier available in flexible packaging. We also offer metallized film pouches, which give you a similar reflective look at a lower cost with moderate barrier. Our packaging experts can help you match the right structure to your product’s shelf life needs.
What Formats Are Available With True Foil?
True foil is available for stickpack, Cosmetic Web (small formats like 3SS), and as a peelable option on Quad Seal pouches. Other formats, including stand-up pouches, are offered in metallized film rather than true foil.
How Fast Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in about 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval. Rollstock typically ships around 10 business days, while formed pouches take closer to 15. With low minimum orders and no plate fees, you can start small and reorder without added setup costs.
Can You Print Multiple Designs in One Order?
Yes. You can print multiple designs and SKUs together in a single order, which works well for product variations, limited editions, and short campaigns. Because we print digitally with no plate fees, adding designs won’t add tooling charges.
